200+ Playful Daycare Slogans and Taglines
Your slogan isn’t a description of your setting. It’s the sentence a mother repeats to herself in the car at 7:52am, driving to work, with the crying still going in her ears.
Nobody chooses a daycare from a website. She chooses in that car.
So the question every daycare slogan has to answer is not whether you have a mud kitchen. It’s whether her child will be loved by somebody while she isn’t in the room.
Below are 220, sorted by the kind of daycare you run.
(Help yourself. Change the words that don’t sound like you.)
How to Choose a Daycare Slogan
Most daycare slogans answer a question nobody asked. Giggles. Adventure. Wonder. All lovely, all describing what happens in the room, when what she’s frightened of is what happens to her child while she’s forty minutes away on a train.
Answer that instead. Then run it through two tests.
The school gate test. A daycare slogan gets shared from one mother to another. She won’t quote your paragraph about holistic learning. She’ll say “they’re the ones who ring the second something is up” or “they’re the ones who go out in the rain”. Write the sentence she’d actually use, because that’s the sentence doing your marketing whether you wrote it or not.
The bad day test. Read your shortlist on your worst morning. Two staff off sick, a biting incident, a parent complaint before nine. Anything that’s too sweet and irks instantly, you’ll stop believing it, which parents can smell. If it still holds on that morning, it’s true enough to put on the sign.
Two things to avoid while you’re at it. Don’t reuse a word that’s already in your center’s name, because you’ve said it once and it’s spent. And don’t promise happiness, because every child has a rotten Tuesday eventually and you’ll be the ones who promised otherwise.
